RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
At 3DART-SHOP, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy describes the terms and conditions regarding product returns, order withdrawals, and refunds.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer residing in a European Union member state, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:
• Use the withdrawal form/function available on our website through the dedicated "Withdrawal" button.
• Send a withdrawal request by email to Sales@3dart-shop.com.
• Use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy.
Upon submission of your withdrawal request, you will receive confirmation by email. If your request concerns a product covered by the right of withdrawal, you will receive instructions regarding the return of the product and the completion of the refund process.
The customer must return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date the withdrawal request is submitted.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be in the condition in which it was received.
• The product must not show signs of damage, modification, or excessive use beyond what is necessary to inspect its characteristics and functionality.
• The product must be accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
• The product is defective.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The return is due to an error on the part of the company.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Therefore, returns are not accepted for:
• Products containing names, dates, logos, or other personalized elements.
• Custom-made products or products manufactured to special dimensions upon request.
• Products designed or modified specifically according to customer requirements.
• 3D printed products manufactured to order based on the customer's selections, specifications, or customization requests.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
• Contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
• Send photographs clearly showing the issue.
• After reviewing your request, we will inform you of the replacement, repair, or refund procedure.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the company.
REFUND PROCESS
After submitting a withdrawal request or receiving approval for a return request, the customer will receive instructions for returning the product.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy, we will proceed with the refund process.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
In the case of a valid withdrawal, the amount paid for the products and the cost of the standard outbound delivery service will be refunded in accordance with applicable legislation.
The cost of returning the product to the company is non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or non-conforming product.
The company reserves the right to withhold the refund until:
• The returned product has been received, or
• Sufficient proof of return shipment has been provided by the customer,
whichever occurs first.
Provided that all conditions have been met, the refund will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days.
If the returned product shows signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to inspect its characteristics and functionality, the company may reduce the refund amount accordingly, in accordance with applicable legislation.

If your product falls into this category, your request may be rejected in accordance with applicable legislation.
